Elyse Jacobson MA, LPC, LAC

Elyse has been a professional counselor since 2001. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) who has extensive training and experience with adolescents and young adults.

Samantha Lee RPT

Samantha is a Psychotherapist who accepts clients 14 and older for individual, couples, and family therapy. Clients describe her as having a mixture of academic knowledge and relational warmth.

Troy Lee MSW, RPT

Troy is a Colorado native who has been in the counseling field for over 20 years and is committed to walking with his clients through some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Walt McClung MA, LPC, NCC

Walt is a retired Air Force veteran serving Heart Matters as both a neurofeedback technician and as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Nala, Walt’s beautiful golden retriever and licensed therapy dog, is a favorite at the office and is pretty great at her job too!
