Exciting news! Heart Matters can now direct bill the Colorado Firefighters Behavioral Health Trust for your neurofeedback training.

  • If you’re new to neurofeedback, check out the rest of our website to learn the science and process of swLORETA neurofeedback training.

For information on how neurofeedback can help meet specialized needs of many first responders, visit our non-profit project website at www.HMrestoration.org

  • If you’ve decided you’d like to move ahead with neurofeedback training, you can either self-pay for services or utilize Colorado Firefighters Behavioral Health Trust funding.

If you’d like to learn how to access that funding:

    1) Read this document
for details on the Behavioral Trust specific to neurofeedback at Heart Matters.

    2) Schedule your intake for the initial QEEG recording and subsequent Zoom consultation.

If you’d like to be seen at our Colorado Springs location, contact Jen Fowler at (719) 257-3488, or jen@theheartmatters.org

If you’d like to be seen at our Woodland Park location, contact Ali Edwards at (218) 833-2552, or ali@theheartmatters.org

    3) Promptly fill out the Colorado Firefighter Behavioral Trust form to receive your claim number from their claim’s processor.

If you’d like to use a form with the information specific to neurofeedback at Heart Matters already added, complete this form.

    4) Once you receive your claim number, provide that to Heart Matters so that we can direct-bill the Trust for your services, eliminating the need for you to pay and then seek reimbursement from the Trust.
