Neurofeedback Technician

Jessica (Jess) Magri started her career at Heart Matters in January 2025 as a neurofeedback technician. Her passion for helping people doesn't go unnoticed. Jess holds a Bachelors of Social work with an emphasis in Counseling from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Her choice in this degree program reflects her passion for supporting people by giving them powerful tools to help them create their dream lives. She will also start her Masters of Social Work in the summer of 2025. Jess is always willing to further education in order to provide the best possible care for the clients at Heart Matters.

Jess’s diverse background gives her the tools to work with a large range of clients. Her experience ranges from working with those who struggle with Substance Abuse Disorder to those who are Neurodivergent. Jess believes that all people have the power to make change in their own lives if the right wellness techniques and guidance are implemented. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her clients on a personal level and watching them find success as they go through the neurofeedback process.

Jess has spent most of her life here in Colorado Springs. She loves to spend time outdoors soaking up the sunshine with her family. In her free time, you can catch her at the gym. She loves to find new ways to challenge herself and recharge her energy through movement. She also enjoys painting in her free time as a way to channel her creative spark and unwind.
